HOW TO BOOK
WEDDING INQUIRY FORM
The best way to get started is to fill out our Contact form. This will provides us with your contact information and we will respond via email within 4-5 business days after receiving your submission.
VISIT US IN STORE
If you already know exactly what you’d like to order, you are welcome to visit us in store and we can start planning for your special day.
WHEN TO BOOK
RECOMMENDED BOOKING WINDOW
We recommend booking your order up to 6 months in advance.
EARLIEST BOOKING TIME
If your date is more than 6 months away, we are still happy to help. We cannot book your order yet, but we can provide you with our recommendations and an initial quote.
Please note, that pricing and product availability is subject to change.
LATEST BOOKING TIME
If your wedding is less than 1 month away, we still encourage you to reach out. We do our best to accommodate every single request, so we’d love to hear from you.
UPDATING YOUR ORDER
AM I ALLOWED TO UPDATE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
Yes, we understand things may change as your wedding approaches, so we’re happy to adjust your order as needed.
WHAT KIND OF CHANGES CAN I MAKE?
We can make changes to the following:
• Contact Information
• Date & Location
• Products (Size / Quantity / Flavors / Colors / Cake Designs)
Updates are confirmed on a case-by-case basis, depending on what changes you’d like to make and our availability.
HOW AND WHEN CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?
We ask that you visit our store or email us with your requested updates at your earliest opportunity.
We can accommodate changes up to 2 weeks ahead of time.
If your wedding is less than 2 weeks away, we cannot make any adjustments.
MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
HOW TO MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Please visit the store or email email@example.com regarding changes to your order or to request cancellation of your order.
CUT OFF FOR MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
We require a minimum of 2 weeks’ advance notice to modify or cancel your wedding order.
WHAT IF I PAID FOR MY ORDER ALREADY?
If you contact us with more than 2-weeks’ notice we can amend the payment for you (minus the $100.00 non-refundable deposit)
We can process additional fees or provide a refund right away.
Modifications and cancellations requested within less than 2-weeks’ notice will still be charged the full dollar amount.
CONFIRMING & PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER
CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER
We require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to secure the order. The full amount will be due at our 2 week check in consultation.
A receipt will be emailed to you after we process the transaction. This will also contain a full breakdown of your order details.
HOW CAN I PROVIDE MY PAYMENT DETAILS?
Payment details can be given in store or over the phone.
CONSULTATION & TASTING
We don’t offer a specific consultation appointment, but
you are always welcome to stop by in store and one of our team members is happy to assist you.
No appointments will be made.
We don’t offer a specific tasting package, but what we recommend is purchasing cupcakes so that you can try a variety of flavours.
You’re welcome to place a online order or visit our store for a walk-in purchase.
Once you have confirmed that Razzle Dazzle Cupcakes is your official Bakery. We will book your wedding check in times.
We only colour our vanilla buttercream frosting.
Cream cheese does not mix well with added colours causing the taste to be off-putting. Cream cheese will remain in it's natural colour.
We do not offer an on-site set up service for your cake or cupcakes.
CAKE STAND RENTAL
We rent our white acrylic stand for $30.00.
Our stand must be returned to our shop the following day of pick up or delivery.
Once the stand leaves our possession, you will assume all liability and responsibility for its condition.
If the stand is damaged a full cost of $100.00 will be charged as a replacement fee.
We do not offer a floral arrangement service, nor do we supply flowers or greenery
Here are a few tips we can offer.
•Ensure the flowers you’re using are non-toxic when consumed
• Wrap floral tape on the stem of your flowers for added food safety and to make the stems more flexible
• Get flowers of different sizes and shapes to provide the best dimension
• Remember to include small, filler flowers to create a more cohesive and full effect
Pricing for this service varies with delivery location. A complete quote for delivery is available upon request.
Please note we require a 2 hour delivery window at the time of booking.
Delivery service does not include set up.
