Yes, we offer custom-decorated cakes and cupcakes. To place an order, please visit us in-store. As we experience high demand, we kindly ask that you book at least two weeks in advance. Please note that all custom cakes and cupcake orders require prepayment.

SERVICE DELIVERY
Yes, we use a delivery service to bring your orders directly to you. The delivery fee is $14.95 + tax, and deliveries are available within London from Monday to Saturday. All deliveries are made between 10:00 am to 4: 00 pm. Please ensure that orders are placed at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee delivery availability.
UBER EATS
We are proud to be partnered with Uber Eats, offering convenient delivery of our products throughout London. For any questions, concerns, or issues with your Uber Eats order, please contact Uber Eats customer support directly.
OUT-OF-TOWN DELIVERY
Yes, we offer out-of-town delivery through a trusted service. Pricing varies depending on the delivery location. Please email us with your delivery request, and we will be happy to provide you with a personalized quote.
Please note that a two-hour delivery window is required at the time of booking. This delivery option is not available for online orders. All out-of-town delivery orders must be placed directly with a team member.
DELIVERY ACROSS CANADA
We would love to send our cupcakes across Canada. Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of our products, we currently only deliver within London and the surrounding areas to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
Can the delivery be left at a residential address door?
Unfortunately, if no one is home to receive the delivery, a door tag will be left at the residence. The delivery will then be returned to the shop and must be picked up during store hours.
Please note that the delivery service will not leave packages unattended at the door and will make only one delivery attempt per order.

Do you provide setup service?
Unfortunately, we do not provide setup services during delivery.
EVENTS
Do you rent cupcake stands?
Yes, we offer rental of our white acrylic cupcake tier stand for $30.00 + Tax. A refundable security deposit of $100 is required when renting the stand. The stand must be returned to our shop the following day.
Please note that once the stand leaves our possession, you assume all liability and responsibility for its condition. Your deposit will be returned once the stand is returned in its original condition.
What is your policy on damage and replacement of stands?
Unfortunately, if the stand is returned damaged, not in its original condition, or is lost, the replacement cost of $100 will be deducted from your security deposit.
What is the capacity of your cupcake stand?
The four-tiered white acrylic stand can hold up to seven dozen junior cupcakes (84 cupcakes) or six dozen regular cupcakes (72 cupcakes).
FRESHNESS
How long can cakes and cupcakes be kept before eating?
Our cupcakes are baked fresh daily and are best enjoyed within the first 48 hours to experience their peak flavour and texture. While proper storage can extend their freshness for a few days, we recommend indulging in your treats
sooner rather than later.
To maintain quality, keep your cupcakes in their original packaging and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Exposure to heat or sunlight can cause the frosting to melt and the cake to dry
out more quickly. If refrigerating overnight, allow the cake or cupcakes to come to room temperature before serving for the best taste and texture.

Do you offer nut-free options?
While we do offer cakes and cupcakes that do not contain nuts as ingredients, please note that our bakery is not nut-free. Nuts are present on the premises, and cross-contamination is possible. Therefore, we do not recommend our products for anyone with nut allergies or sensitivities.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes, we offer gluten-friendly cakes and cupcakes. However, since our bakery primarily uses gluten-containing ingredients, we cannot 100% guarantee that our gluten-friendly products are free from contact with gluten. We take extra care to minimize the risk; therefore, we do not recommend our products for anyone with gluten allergies.

Are you open for walk-in orders?
Yes, our bakery welcomes walk-in customers. We bake fresh cupcakes and offer twelve different flavours daily. Be sure to check out our weekly flavour menu to see what is available.

Do I need to order in advance?
We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance. For important, large, or custom orders, please order at least 30days ahead to ensure availability. The easiest and most convenient way to order is online through our website, but you can also place your order in person at the shop.
Please note that all pre-orders must be prepaid. On weekends and holidays, there may be a limit to the number of orders we can accept, so we encourage you to order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
How do I place an order?
We recommend placing your order through our website for the quickest and most convenient service. Alternatively, you’re welcome to visit us in person during our business hours to place your order directly.
Can I place an order over social media?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any orders through social media platforms. Please place your orders either on our website or in person at our shop.
