At Razzle Dazzle Cupcakes and Cakes, we strive to provide fresh,
high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our policies below

Order Placement

Standard Orders

  • All standard orders must be placed at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. This advance notice ensures we can prepare your treats fresh with the quality and care you expect.
  • Cancellations or modifications must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery to qualify for store credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable and do not qualify for store credit.

Custom Orders

  • Custom orders require at least 30 days' advance notice for placement. This time limit allows adequate time for design consultation, ingredient sourcing, and meticulous preparation.
  • Cancellations or modifications must be submitted at least 14 days before the scheduled event date to receive a full store credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled event are non-refundable and do not qualify for store credit.

How To Cancel or Modify An Order

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us promptly through email (razzledazzle@razzledazzlecupcakes.com) and include the following:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Phone Number
  • Details of cancellation or modifications

 

Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted products, we cannot
accept returns. However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you
experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of
receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a
replacement or store credit at our discretion.
