  • Standard Orders

    • All standard orders must be placed at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date.

    • Cancellations or modifications for standard orders must be submitted at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery to qualify for a full refund or credit.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

  • Custom Orders

    • Custom orders require a minimum of 30 days' advance notice for placement to ensure adequate time for design, ingredient sourcing, and preparation.
    • Cancellations or modifications for custom orders must be made at least 14 days before the event to receive a refund or credit.
    • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may are non-refundable
