To inquire about wedding services, start by completing our contact form. This will allow us to collect your contact details, and we will respond to you via email within four to five business days after your submission.

VISIT US IN STORE

If you already have a clear idea of what you want for your special day, feel free to visit us in person to begin the planning process.

RECOMMENDED BOOKING WINDOW

We recommend securing your order up to six months in advance to ensure availability.

EARLIEST BOOKING TIME

If your wedding date is more than six months away, we are here to offer guidance and an initial quote, even though we cannot confirm the order just yet.

LATEST BOOKING TIME

If your wedding is less than one month away, please don't hesitate to contact us. We make every effort to accommodate all requests and would be delighted to assist you.

UPDATING YOUR ORDER

AM I ALLOWED TO UPDATE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

We understand how arrangements may evolve as your wedding day approaches. We are more than happy to adjust your order accordingly.

WHAT KIND OF CHANGES CAN I MAKE?

We are able to make changes to certain aspects of your order, such as
• Contact Information
• Date & Location
• Products (Size / Quantity / Flavors / Colors / Cake Designs)

However, each change is subject to confirmation on a case-by-case basis.

HOW AND WHEN CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?

To request modifications, please visit our store or contact us via email with your desired updates as soon as possible.

MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

We can accommodate changes up to two weeks prior to the scheduled date. If your event is within two weeks, unfortunately, we cannot make any adjustments.

HOW TO MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

If you would like to cancel or change your order, we ask for a minimum of two weeks' advance notice.

WHAT IF I PAID FOR MY ORDER ALREADY?

Any changes made with a minimum of two weeks' notice will result in an adjustment to your payment (minus the $100.00 non-refundable deposit)

CONFIRMING & PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER

CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER

Upon confirming your order, a $100.00 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure it. The full payment is due at the one-week check-in consultation. Once the transaction is completed, a receipt with a comprehensive breakdown of your order details will be emailed to you.

HOW CAN I PROVIDE MY PAYMENT DETAILS?

Payment details can be provided in store or over the phone. Refunds for cancellations within the specified timeframe will be processed promptly.

CONSULTATION & TASTING

CONSULTATION

(BEFORE BOOKING)

We do not schedule specific consultation appointments, but you are welcome to visit our store anytime and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.

TASTING

We do not offer specific tasting packages, we recommend purchasing a selection of cupcakes to sample a variety of flavors. You can place an order online or visit our store for a walk-in purchase.

CONSULATIONS

(AFTER BOOKING)

Once you have confirmed that Razzle Dazzle Cupcakes as your chosen bakery, we will schedule your wedding booking and check in times.

OTHER SERVICES

CUSTOM COLOURS

Our vanilla buttercream frosting is available in a variety of colors, however, please note that mixing cream cheese with colorants may result in an undesirable appearance. For this reason, our cream cheese frosting will maintain its natural color.

ON-SITE SERVICES

Please be advised that we do not offer on-site set up service for cakes or cupcakes.

CAKE STAND RENTAL

You may rent our white acrylic stand for $30.00 + tax, which must be returned to our shop the following day after pick up or delivery.

Once the stand is in your possession, you will be responsible for its condition and any damages incurred .

In the event of damage, a replacement fee of $100.00 will be charged.

FLORAL ARRANGEMENT

We do not provide floral arrangement services or sell flowers or greenery. However, we can provide some helpful tips to ensure that the flowers you use are non-toxic when ingested. Consider wrapping floral tape around the stems of the flowers for added food safety and increase flexibility. Choose various sizes and shapes to create the best visual impact, and remember to include small filler flowers to achieve a more cohesive and full effect.

WEDDING DELIVERY

The cost of delivery service varies depending on the location. A comprehensive quote for delivery can be provided upon request.

Please be aware that we need a two-hour delivery window when making a booking.

It's important to note that our delivery service does not include set up.
